Before you begin, it’s important that you understand our Privacy Policy. We want to be upfront and let you know that we do collect personal information from you, including information about your:

    Computer or network
    Billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

    Communicate with you.
    Provide you with our services on this site.

Please note that providing some information is optional.

We keep your information safe by limiting the people who can access this information and protecting our systems from any potential hacking or harm.

Other members of this site can see your name, city and your role (e.g. member) when you are included in community (forum) areas. They will also see any posts you have made to the community. You can choose whether to display your email address to other members.

LearningWorks administrators and facilitators will see additional information such as your email address.

We keep your information for two years from your last access, at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing personal data. Financial transaction information may be required by law to be kept for longer periods.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at via the privacy officer link in your profile.
